On this page you will find all the information you need about being a team member on the Ukraine Vida Nueva weekends. Team Meetings

You are probably wondering lots of things about the trip, such as what to wear, how much spending money to bring, or what kind of accommodations to expect.  These types of things will be covered during the weekly e-mail team meetings, starting in February. Team Accommodations

The team accommodations have changed, and now we will be staying at a facility called Bila Dubrava. Unfortunately, we do not have good pictures of the facility to post on this site.

Packing Information

I have put together a sample packing list, to give you an idea of what kind of items you can bring with you. While this list is pretty comprehensive, you will need to personalize it to your own needs. Click here to see the packing list.

Release Forms

Every participant of Ukraine Vida Nueva must complete a release form. If you are 20 years old or younger, please click here for your release form. If you are 21 years old or older, please click here.

These forms must be completed and returned to Shelly Rogers by July 7, 2006. You may fax your completed release form to (615) 793-4018.
